Welcome to Xanadu by the Sea!

Xanadu by the Sea is a seaside community of 58 single family homes located on A1A in Jupiter Florida. We are a community united by our love of the sea, sand and the natural beauty of our area. Our homes are steps away from the beautiful Jupiter beaches and the spring nesting grounds of Loggerhead and other sea turtles. Our community neighbors Carlin Park on the North which is part of Palm Beach County's park system. A small path inside our community provides access to all the park offers including a fitness trail, lake, tennis courts and an outdoor theatre run by the Palm Beach County Parks system. We are also a short driving distance to many other beautiful parks, shopping, the Jupiter Theatre, restaurants, and all the various indoor and outdoor activities that our area provides.
