Board Meetings are held the
third Monday of the month at 5:00 pm at Old Town Hall, or otherwise
posted 48 hours prior to the meeting. Our Annual Meeting is held
in March.
Garbage Days: are Wednesday and Saturday. Recycling day
is Wednesday. For bulk Pickup, call Nichols Sanitation at
800-824-8472. No trash pickup on Thanksgiving and Chistmas.
Gate
Clickers and Cards: Please contact our Property Manager to
obtain.
Leasing and Sale of Properties: Form is available on this
site. Application fee: $150.
Living
in a Homeowner Association: We ask that all residents read the
Rules
and Regulations
of our community on this website. The publication outlines the
criteria for good neighbors to live together in a setting where the
rights of individuals must, at times, yield to the ownership goals of
the majority. Questions regarding issues such as owner
assessments, property maintenance, garbage, use of properties, parking,
leasing and sales of properties and pets are all addressed in this
document.
Owner
Update Form: Please keep our property manager informed of any
changes in phone numbers, addresses, tenants, email addresses and
vehicle information.

Pets: The community asks that you please leash and pick up after your pets,
and respect owner properties.
Vehicles Overnight: No vehicle is permitted overnight on Xanadu
Place or any
cul-de-sac without notifying and securing an Occasional Parking guest
Pass from Xanadu POA or any current Board Director members. Contact the
Property Manager as soon as you know you need a Pass. Failure to
do so may result in a fine and the vehicle towed.
